Since I'm 6 weeks pregnant and can't be put to sleep, I was thinking about having my saline implants deflated until after my pregnancy, then have them completely removed. Has anyone had a surgeon deflate their subglandular implants in the office? I feel like if they were behind my muscle and "hidden" it wouldn't bother me, but being in front of the muscle, I worry about when the empty shell will look/feel like. Any advise? I don't want to go through another pregnancy with these bags. It was hard to nurse my last baby with the pressure of the implant right behind my nipple :(
