I've had implants for 5 years total & I'm considering getting them removed with no replacement due to many reasons: future health concerns, fear of silent ruptures, MRI costs (to detect ruptures), and fear of future replacement surgeries. I am soooooo scared to get them removed because I'm scared of how they will look after. I'm not so scared about them being small, but I'm really scared they will look like deflated balloons, deformed, saggy, and gross.
I'm 27 years old, and I've had implants in for 5 years total (350 cc saline for 2 years & then replaced with 250 cc silicone gel for 3 years). Pre-implant breasts were pretty small (AA or almost A) and perky and very little breast tissue. My current breasts with 250 cc's are probably a small C. They are still pretty perky.
Has anyone had a breast implant removal without replacement? What did your breasts look like after? Did you need a breast lift? Did you experience the sagginess, loose skin, breast deformities? Any suggestions, details, advice, and pictures would be greatly appreciated.
