Ah Lynn,

I'm so sorry to hear how you are feeling about your new looks. Please give it some time. I am one of those gals with very little breast tissue at BA and am once again back to that. I am VERY small breasted and at explant I had an adhesion that looked like a whole  ice cream scoop was cut out of my breast. It did fill back in over time. Be patient. I will never (did ever) enjoy having an abundance of breast tissue but am now so grateful that my adhesion finally resolved and although flat again I have finally come to terms with that. I thought about fat transfer but it was well after my surgery and decided to just be happy that those bags of poison were out of me. You will have other options if you decide to go that route. For now, just pamper yourself and heal. Time will change your looks for the better, at least some. I know this is a tough journey for some of us, easier for others and others are able to just get on with their lives again. Count your blessings and just know that in a month or more from now things will really be looking brighter. Your body is trying to heal itself physically and emotionally too. Give it some time.

Gentle hugs,
Gracie
