Hi Linrainbow,

It's good to see you...  We can all relate to the pre-surgery fears and wondering what we will look like and feel like afterwards.   It's a perfectly healthy and normal fear as fear can be used to generate extra energy which can be best put to use with preparing for surgery.   It's great to get things done a few weeks ahead of time so it's not a problem after surgery.
We have a list here of things to do.... Have you seen that yet?   If not, I'll post it for you.
I had my explant back in 1993 ...  I have never regretted it.   I did have some feelings about my looks that haunted me for about a year which is natural-- every once in awhile especially toward summer they reappear but having the right tops to flatter my looks help.   There are lots of great clothing out there for the smaller breasted women now and this look is becoming more popular.    I focus on that now and it is great to see this happening so maybe it will stop other women from getting these toxic implants and having to face health problems and explants down the road.

We are here for you--- I'm sure some of our other gals will be along soon to help as your surgery approaches..
