Hello everyone,

Aida, hope you got a good day of healing rest today.   I can so relate to what you were saying about the right balance of exercise and rest.  I hope I achieved just that today--I was lucky to have a wonderful day to sit out and get some sunshine also =)   Won't be long and those of you living in the north will be seeing the signs of spring too.
Merv, I moved your thread over to this one so you didn't get lost in last weeks messages.    I'm so happy to hear that Chris's mood has changed and hope that this will help pull him through all that lays ahead for him.    Glad to hear that you and Hutch have talked and have such an open and honest relationship =)
Jo, hear ya on that ironing.  I was just getting back to pressing things once again then this this flu hit so the clothes are going as is for the moment.  I am so thankful for the little no iron clothes that we have these days.   That is awsome that your yougest sister was there to help you in your time of need....     My daughter was almost murdered about 15 years ago and she swears that she heard her fathers voice telling her what to do to save herself--she did just that and she is hear to tell the story.  Another girl was murdered by that same guy that very night at the same spot-- The guy sits on death row today.   I heard my husbands voice in a dream before all this happened and kept having nightmeres and suspicions that something was going to happen.   After the incident we never heard anything from Bob again.
Mosken,  thank you for the compliment-- You are great at support also.   You should be very proud of your board and how many people you have reached!!     I'll be back over to Andrew's board as soon as I catch up with myself from being so sick this winter.
I had a pretty good day today--- felt better and was able to get a little laundry done and the pups bathed =)    It's such an awsome feeling to have a good day after so many sick days!  It's like having another chance at life.

Have a super evening, everyone!

Sweet Dreams  ((((HUGS)))) Rosie
