Hello Astrid,

DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY DOCTOR THAT TELLS YOU, YOU WILL BE LEFT DEFORMED OR DEFIGURED. Just run the other way. Unfortunately, it does take extra skill in removing your implants opposed to plopping them in. Make sure they are removed en-bloc. Also, we have far too few experienced surgeons but know that we can give you the names of some very skilled explant surgeons. We have a few names for your part of the country and also some excellent surgeons here in the states. I see Rosanne and Marielee have helped you there. Please know we are all here for you to lend an ear and support you on this journey. It can be overwhelming for sure but with knowledge comes power. Read all you can and ask any questions you have. You are still young and your tissue should still be elastic. With the right surgeon you should have a very good outcome albeit smaller. Hopefully you will bounce back to your former self and you had a nice bunch of breast tissue to begin with. Many women see a return of their good health once the toxic bags are removed. Although I still have a few health issues due to a long dwell time, I have come a long way in regards to my health. You will, too. Welcome and breast wishes!
