			<description><![CDATA[ Hi everyone,  I&#39;m new here, and have been reading the posts with great interest.  I&#39;ve had 300 cc under the muscle breast implants for 7 years now. 
For probably the past 5 years, I&#39;ve had on going neck and back pain.  It&#39;s become somewhat chronic now.  I know I have some structural problems in my
spine, but am wondering if the implants are making it worse?  I know if I ask a PS, they would poo poo my question.  They seem to think the size isn&#39;t
